Fourteen Hills Press is commited to presenting a diversity of experimental, progressive, cross-genre, and traditional work by emerging and as well as established authors. Being independent means our aesthetic is dynamic and fluid, ever changing to reflect culture and the historical moment as the staff perceive them. As an international literary magazine, Fourteen Hills has developed a reading audience that goes beyond the San Francisco Bay Area to the international community. Your support of Fourteen Hills allows us to continue providing new and important works with a dynamic platform and a broad readership.

We are a small nonprofit press staffed entirely by graduate students in San Francisco State University's Creative Writing Department. Though we gratefully receive a small amount of funding through SFSU's Instructionally Related Activities Fund, the majority of our operating budget is funded by charitable donations, subscriptions, and sales. Your support keeps us running!

Fourteen Hills is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, so all gifts are tax-deductible. Our mission is to support writers, and we're always interested in new and diverse ways to do this.
